Yes.
All Will Wizard customers receive as part of their portfolio of documents a Pet Guardian Nomination form.
With this document, you can instruct your executor about the person or shelter you wish to take care of your beloved pet(s).
You can even instruct your executor to allocate funds for the ongoing care and maintenance of your pet(s). This way you don't have to update your entire Will if your instructions and preferences regarding your pets change over time.
Our Wills include a provision that instructs executors to, as far as practicable, to take account of and action any signed instructions you leave with your Will Wizard portfolio.
At Will Wizard we believe that every Will should provide beneficiaries with the option to receive their inheritance in a testamentary trust.
No meetings are required, you simply complete our fun online guided form that requires no financial details, and we then courier your secure Wills to your door for signature on delivery (optional) at no extra charge.
We've taken the hassle out of having comprehensive testamentary trust Wills.
